How this demo handles information

Information the site receives

• Early access: the email address you submit, a signup identifier, queue position, signup time, and email-delivery status.
• Contact: the name, email address, and message you choose to send.
• Fictional demo workspace: sample records and preferences you create while exploring the demo. These should contain fictional information only.
• Basic request information: information ordinarily sent with a web request, such as IP address, browser details, requested path, timing, and a request identifier, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
• Anonymous site analytics: aggregate page views, referrers, approximate geography, browser, operating system, and device type collected through Vercel Web Analytics.

The current site does not intentionally collect banking credentials, payment-card details, government identification, credit reports, advertising identifiers, or precise location data. It does not use advertising pixels or targeted-advertising cookies.

How information is used

We use submitted information to operate the fictional demo, preserve an isolated demo workspace, respond to contact messages, send requested early-access and product emails, process unsubscribes, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability or security problems. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Service providers

The site uses Vercel to serve the frontend and backend, Supabase to store demo sessions and early-access records in PostgreSQL, Resend to deliver requested emails, Cloudflare Email Routing to route mail addressed to join@amveric.com, and Proton Mail as the receiving mailbox provider. These providers process relevant information to perform those services and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. It derives a daily visitor hash from request information and stores anonymous, aggregate measurements rather than a persistent cross-site identity. Analytics is not loaded on early-access unsubscribe links, whose URLs contain a revocable removal token.

Cookies and local browser storage

The demo uses a signed, secure, HttpOnly cookie to associate your browser with an anonymous fictional workspace. It is not a production login. Some display preferences may remain in your browser's local storage. You can clear browser cookies and site data, but doing so may reset the workspace or preferences.

Retention and deletion

Anonymous demo sessions are scheduled to expire 24 hours after creation. Early-access records remain until you use the unsubscribe link included in an email; unsubscribing removes the signup and its related email-outbox records. Sent email-outbox records are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. A delivered contact message may remain in the receiving mailbox according to the mailbox provider's and recipient's retention practices.

Your choices

You may avoid the early-access and contact forms, clear the demo cookie and local storage, or unsubscribe through the link in an early-access email. For a privacy question or deletion request that cannot be completed through the unsubscribe link, contact join@amveric.com.

Security and changes

We use technical and operational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We may revise this notice as the demo changes and will update the date above. This notice describes the current demo and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before any production financial product launches.
