Please note that certain data must be retained for compliance with financial regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the enforcement of our agreements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.
Data Portability: Where technically feasible and required by applicable law, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON). You may also request that we transmit this data directly to another service provider, where technically possible, enabling you to seamlessly transition your financial data between platforms.

Children's Privacy
Amveric Financial's services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our account registration process requires users to confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to open a financial account.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
