Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

At Amveric Financial LLC, your privacy is not just a legal obligation, it is a foundational principle of how we build and operate our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data. By accessing or using any Amveric Financial service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Section 1

Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you create an account, apply for financial products, or contact our support team, we may collect your full legal name, email address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security Number (or equivalent taxpayer identification number), government-issued identification documents, and residential address. This information is essential for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of our financial services.

Financial Data: To facilitate transactions, underwriting, and account management, we collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, debit and credit card details, transaction histories, income verification documents, credit report data (with your authorization), and investment portfolio information. This data is processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations and is never sold to third parties.

Device & Technical Information: We automatically collect certain technical data when you interact with our platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers (such as advertising IDs and hardware serial numbers), screen resolution, language preferences, and time zone settings. This information helps us optimize our platform for your device and detect potentially fraudulent activity.

Usage Data & Cookies: We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect data about how you navigate and interact with our services. This includes pages visited, features used, session duration, click patterns, referral URLs, and search queries within the platform. We use both first-party and third-party cookies for analytics, functionality, and targeted advertising purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool.

Section 2

How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery & Transactions: We use your personal and financial information to create and maintain your accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, execute investment trades, generate account statements, and provide customer support. Without this data, we would be unable to deliver the core financial services you have requested.

Personalization & Improvement: Your usage data and preferences allow us to tailor the Amveric Financial experience to your individual needs. This includes customizing your dashboard layout, recommending relevant financial products, adjusting notification preferences, and continuously improving our platform's design, performance, and feature set based on aggregated behavioral analytics.

Security & Fraud Prevention: We analyze device information, login patterns, transaction behavior, and geolocation data to detect, prevent, and investigate unauthorized access, fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. Our real-time risk scoring models use machine learning to identify anomalous behavior and protect both you and the broader Amveric Financial ecosystem.

Regulatory Compliance & Communications: As a financial services provider, we are required by law to collect and retain certain information under regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We may also use your contact information to send transactional emails, security alerts, regulatory notices, and, with your consent, promotional communications about new products and features.

Section 3

How We Share Your Information

Service Providers: We share information with carefully vetted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services. These include payment processors, banking partners, identity verification vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, customer support platforms, and analytics services. All service providers are bound by strict contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. This includes responding to subpoenas, court orders, regulatory examinations, or requests from law enforcement agencies. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amveric Financial, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your data.

With Your Consent & Aggregated Data: We will share your personal information with third parties outside of the scenarios described above only with your explicit consent. Additionally, we may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for research, analytics, industry benchmarking, and marketing purposes. This aggregated data is not subject to the restrictions of this Privacy Policy.

Section 4

Data Security

Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, an industry-standard cryptographic algorithm trusted by governments and financial institutions worldwide. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring that information exchanged between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted or tampered with by unauthorized parties.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture: For our most sensitive services, we employ a zero-knowledge security architecture in which your encryption keys are derived from your credentials and never stored on our servers. This means that even Amveric Financial employees cannot access your encrypted data. In the event of a breach of our systems, your most sensitive financial information remains protected by encryption that only you can unlock.

SOC 2 Compliance: Amveric Financial maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, which is independently audited by a certified public accounting firm on an annual basis. This certification validates that our security controls, availability guarantees, processing integrity, confidentiality measures, and privacy practices meet the rigorous standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Ongoing Audits & Testing: We conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and code security reviews performed by both internal security engineers and independent third-party firms. Our infrastructure is continuously monitored for threats using intrusion detection systems, log analysis, and anomaly detection. We also maintain a responsible disclosure program that rewards security researchers who identify vulnerabilities in our platform.

Section 5

Your Rights & Choices

Access & Correction: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time. If any of your information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you may request that we correct or update it. You can access and modify most of your account information directly through your Amveric Financial dashboard settings, or by contacting our privacy team for more complex requests.

Deletion & Opt-Out: Subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements, you may request the deletion of your personal information. Please note that certain data must be retained for compliance with financial regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the enforcement of our agreements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.

Data Portability: Where technically feasible and required by applicable law, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON). You may also request that we transmit this data directly to another service provider, where technically possible, enabling you to seamlessly transition your financial data between platforms.

Cookie Preferences: You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings, our on-site cookie consent banner, or third-party opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. Please note that disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use some features of our platform. For users in the European Economic Area, we honor cookie preferences in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR requirements.

Section 6

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. The specific retention period for different categories of data is determined by the nature of the data, the purposes for which it was collected, and our legal and regulatory obligations. For example, transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure to comply with federal financial regulations, while marketing preference data may be deleted promptly upon your request.

When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the data, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period or upon your valid deletion request (where no overriding legal obligation exists), we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information using industry-standard data sanitization methods. Anonymized data, which can no longer be associated with you, may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

Section 7

Children's Privacy

Amveric Financial's services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our account registration process requires users to confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to open a financial account.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@amvericfinancial.com so that we can take appropriate action.

Section 8

International Data Transfers

Amveric Financial is headquartered in the United States, and your personal information is primarily processed and stored on servers located within the United States. However, in order to provide our services, we may transfer your data to, and process it in, countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed. These safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, binding corporate rules, data processing agreements with strict confidentiality and security obligations, and compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this policy.

Section 9

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where required by law, providing you with additional notice such as an in-app notification, email to the address associated with your account, or a prominent banner on our platform.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any modifications to this policy, you should discontinue use of our services and contact us to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
